We are looking for support for our highly motivated team.

Your tasks in our team:

  • Support of organisational tasks of the department, e.g. coordination of internal and external production of cell culture media, product releases, cell culture experiments and external analyses
  • Planning, monitoring and evaluation of stability studies, preparation of reports
  • Supervising and instructing technical staff with scientific expertise in the solubilisation of powder products and cell culture experiments, carrying out troubleshooting and adapting processes to customer requirements
  • Composing and maintenance of manufacturing protocols, SOPs, records, SDS, product information and certificates in English and German
  • Implementing continuous improvements and establishing new products and methods
  • Technical support for customers and cooperation partners
  • Qualification of consumables and raw materials in collaboration with QM
  • Supporting QM in composing customer notifications for products, e.g. in case of specification changes or recalls
  • Preparation and supervision of internal and external audits
  • Generation and preparation of data for sales and marketing departments
  • Support of practical laboratory work: Production of media and buffers on a scale of up to 200 litres, cell culture experiments with CHO cells, quality control of internally and externally produced cell culture media
  • conscientious and autonomous execution and documentation of experiments

Requirements:

  • You have a master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in quality control and an ISO 9001:2015 regulated environment is an advantage
  • Experience in the solubilisation of products and cleanroom work is an advantage
  • Practical experience in handling mammalian cell cultures is also an advantage
  • You recognise problems independently, make suggestions for solutions and pursue implementation across departments
  • It is easy for you to set priorities, define tasks, implement decisions and you enjoy new challenges
  • You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English and German.
  • A good command of MS office is required
  • You communicate proactively and enjoy working with other teams
