Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

Your tasks in our team:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s global presence in the biopharma sector
  • Create and design engaging digital and print marketing materials, including website updates, LinkedIn posts, white papers, newsletters, brochures, and leave-behind materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce scientific content, such as case studies, webinars, and technical brochures
  • Manage the company’s website and digital advertising activities to drive lead generation and brand visibility
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, webinars, and virtual events
  • Coordinate and represent the company at international biotech and CDMO conferences and trade shows, ensuring strong brand presence and effective networking
  • Support the business development team in client acquisition, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion

 

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biotechnology in Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the biopharma, CDMO, or biotech industry
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and LinkedIn marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and design engaging digital marketing content, including website updates, LinkedIn posts, and marketing collateral (e.g., leave-behind materials)
  • Basic understanding of cell line development, upstream processing, and biologics manufacturing is considered an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English & German skills are required
  • Proactive communication style with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Willingness to travel as required
