AI Coordinator (m/w/d)
Your tasks in our team:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) at the site
- Identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases along biotechnological processes (e.g., data analysis, process optimization, quality management, documentation)
- Technical support for the introduction and use of AI tools and data-driven systems
- Advising specialist departments on the opportunities, risks and potential applications of AI
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly GDPR, the EU AI Act and GxP-relevant aspects
- Development, maintenance and further development of guidelines for the responsible, transparent and secure use of AI
- Training and raising awareness among employees in the use of AI-supported applications
What we expect from you:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of practical experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence, data analysis or digitization projects
- Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary projects is required
- Strong analytical, structured, and independent work style
- You identify optimization potential, develop solutions and monitor their implementation
- You find it easy to prioritize, create structures and implement decisions
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required
- You communicate proactively and enjoy collaborating with various teams
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word, are required
