CHO Prime Feed B
CHO Prime products are chemically defined (CD) and protein-free, optimized for the recombinant protein expression with Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. All products are produced under GMP compliant conditions.
All CHO Prime products are animal and human component free (ADCF) and designed to boost productivity during bioprocessing. By adjusting the feed rate and selecting the right CHO Prime products, a maximum productivity and optimal product quality can be achieved. All products are suitable for biomanufacturing biological products using CHO-GS, CHO-K1, CHO-S or CHO-DG44.
CHO Prime Feed B has been specifically developed for highly productive cell lines that reach high peak cell densities and require an elevated supply of essential nutrients. For optimal performance in fed-batch cultures, CHO Prime feeds should be used in combination with CHO Prime basal media.
CHO Prime Feed A and CHO Prime Feed B are highly concentrated formulations, each containing distinct nutrients designed to promote cellular growth and enhance product yield. Both feeds are intended to be used in combination.
